Also only 100 meters away is the Beach of “Mon Repos” where you can enjoy a swim overlooking the Ionnian See and the old fortress. In the area you will also find many super markets and stores to cover your every day needs. Parking spots are easily found in front of the house.
The location is also a good starting point for many sights like the famous “Pontikonisi” and is also very close to the airport (only 5 minutes away by car)

Facilities

The apartment is approximately 45 m2 and has two rooms (living room and bedroom), a kitchen, a bathroom, and two balconies. It is on the second floor of a two storey building. The walls are white and there are wooden floors in the living room and the bedroom. The house has central heating.

The rooms are equipped with:

• Bedroom: double bed, two night stands,  big two door wardrobe, small table with a mirror
• Living room: three-seat- sofa, armchair, coffee table, sideboard, TV, air-condition
• Kitchen: fitted kitchen cupboard, table, chairs, refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, kitchen utilities
• The Bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilette
